Vulcanization acceleratoriACCELj @@@@-->>
Crude rubber can generally acquire high
elasticity by adding sulfur to make linkage between molecules of rubber. This process
is called vulcanization.
It takes long time for this process of
vulcanization, but with the addition of vulcanization accelerators, it is
possible to shorten the time to one tenth and contribute to a faster and more
economical production of good-quality rubber products.
Vulcanization accelerators are varied according to the kind of rubber and
the method of vulcanization. We have a large variety of vulcanization accelerators available to quickly meet the needs of our customers.
AntioxidantsiANTAGEj @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@-->>
Rubber products may be cracked, discolored,
and grow stiff or soft while they are in use.
Those deteriorations are caused by the
aging of rubber from oxygen, the sun, heat, and bending or other actions. To
prevent the aging, antioxidants are added to rubber to prolong the life of
rubber products remarkably.

Curing (Vulcanizing)AgentsiACTORj @-->>
Rubber is generally vulcanized with the addition
of sulfur. Instead of sulfur, vulcanization can be done by the use of chemical
compounds containing oxygen or sulfur which make linkage between the molecules
of rubber to give high elasticity. Those materials are called
curing(vulcanizing)agents, or also widely known as cross-linking agents.
OTHER RUBBER CHEMICALS@@@@@@@@@@-->>
There are various kinds of chemicals
available, i.e., Processing Aid(EXTON)which makes smoother and more efficient
molding or other processes of rubber products, Peptizing Agent(PEPTOR)which
helps a smooth kneading of rubber, Coagulant(COALATEX)for use in latex
products, Stiffner(GREEN)for use in unvalcanized rubber, and Ozone Cracking
Inhibitor(OZOGUARD).
